NVIDIA is the world’s largest producer of computer graphics cards and is a leading entity in the field of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). A true juggernaut in the Computer Graphics field.

In cooperation with NVIDIA, Twinbru is investigating how the Universal Scene Description (USD) format can be used to further strengthen the digital twin concept, with a specific focus on how physical product metadata can be included in the format. This means moving beyond just replicating the visual characteristics of a fabric, and could include simulation data, resulting in the digital fabric behaving exactly as it would in real life, when used in 3D and real-time rendering applications.
